Quranic Inferences: Components of Islam:
- There are six articles
of faith:
- To believe in God,
- To believe in the angels,
- To believe in His books,
- To believe in His prophets,
- To believe in the here-after,
- To believe in fate.
- There is only one
God who is not father or son to anyone nor is there any one like Him.
- If there were more
than one God; the universe would have collapsed because of the clash between
mighty powers.
- For Guidance of
people; God appointed prophets from time to time, to various groups of people.
- Quran teaches to
believe in all prophets without exception.
- Prophet Muhammad
(PBUH) was the last messenger of God and there will be no prophet appointed
after him.
- Jesus Christ (PBUH)
was the son of Mary and he was born without father.
- It is obligatory
to believe in Jesus like believing in other prophets.
- Neither is Jesus
(PBUH) son of God, nor is Mary part of Him.
- The person who
calls Jesus son of God or God is a non-believer.
- Gabriel also is
not the son, nor a part of God.
